Washington: A US-based student of Indian origin was shot dead during an attempt to loot armed robbers in the US. Another Indian man was injured in this attack. This Indian-origin student is the latest victim of violence due to guns in America.

According to the CBS News report, 19-year-old Arshad Vohra was shot dead at the Clark Gas station in Langley, Dalton, Chicago. Two people were shot during a robbery attempt by armed robbers in a store.

Police said that the second victim named Baker Saeed was seriously injured. Arshad and Bacher are both relatives. In the police report, Arshad's relatives were informed that he was taking gas for his family in the gas station.

Arshad's relative Abdul Vohra said, "This is another act of ruthless murder. We know that it often happens." Abdul said, "Arshad was the largest in the family. There was quite a wise boy. He was carrying gas for his father because his father was out of the country.
