WASHINGTON: US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said on Wednesday that the government of Afghanistan wants the world's strengths to increase pressure on Pakistan.

"He is confident that the Taliban will come to the negotiating table," Nikki told reporters at the United Nations headquarters. He said that the Afghan government urged that the Security Council should try its best to bring Pakistan on the path of dialogue.
